Sensational Baby is a 4-week course to educate parents about nurturing communication through infant massage. Parents apply what they learn and practice techniques on their baby while I demonstrate on a doll. Please let me know if interested in this evidence-based practice, as it is a separate service to therapy. There are many benefits including decreasing symptoms of postpartum depression for the caregiver and improved digestion and sleep for the baby. Looking for more connection? I host a welcoming monthly Mom's Peer Support Group for all moms who are pregnant and/or up to one year postpartum-this is the 1st Tuesday of every month.
