Sensational Baby is a 5-week course to educate parents about nurturing communication through infant massage. Please let me know if interested in this evidence-based practice-this can be separate or a great addition during individual sessions. There are many benefits including decreasing symptoms of postpartum depression for the caregiver and improved digestion for the baby. Looking for more connection? I host a welcoming Mom's Gathering that offers peer support for all moms who are pregnant and/or up to one year postpartum (there are additional events for those with toddlers).
