My focus is maternal mental health. Life changes can be exhausting and overwhelming. I am committed to joining you on the path to rediscovery through restorative practices. With a goal to empower others towards healing, peace, and confidence during this season of life. In addition to therapy, I often use Sensational Baby, a course I am certified in and have used to educate parents about nurturing communication through infant massage since 2006. Please let me know if interested in this evidence-based practice. There are many benefits including decreasing symptoms of postpartum depression for the caregiver and improved digestion for the baby.
